A full day adventure through the stunning
Grampians National Park
Join HACO-accredited guides on an enjoyable 9.3 km loop through the Grampians National Park. Commencing from Halls Gap with exciting trails, small rock hopping sections, stunning views via the Wonderland Loop, passing Venus Baths, Stoney Falls, Grand Canyon, Silent Street, Gate of the West Wind and The Pinnacle, this hike is rewarding for those with moderate fitness.
Cap it off with a food spread (fresh fruit, banana bread and special treats) and media coverage of your journey. Carpooling will commence at a central meeting point, to be announced.

Once onboarded, participants will be invited to join the event’s WhatsApp group chat, where HACO will share key details such as gear requirements, weather updates, and respond to any questions.

The group will meet at a location yet to be nominated at 6.30am
HACO INTRODUCTION
HACO will go through its Pre-Hike Information Checklist covering safety expectations and equipment demonstration.The group to depart in a pre-arranged car pool at 6.45am

The drive to the hike’s starting location takes approximately 3.15 hours. The expected arrival is approximately 10.00am
HACO
Upon arrival, HACO will ensure all participants are fully prepared by conducting checks on packs, water, apparel, and equipment. -
The expected commencement of the hike will occur at approximately 10.30am.

The hike is expected to take between 4-4.5 hours to complete.
HACO RESPONSIBILITIES
During the hike, HACO will guide the group safely along the trail while also monitoring the health and fitness of each participant. -
It is expected that the hike will end at approximately 3.00pm,
HACO REFRESHMENTS
At the conclusion of the hike, HACO will serve a food platter featuring seasonal fruits, freshly baked banana bread, along with a complimentary Hydralyte beverage and special treat. Tea and Coffee will also be made available. -
The hiking group is expected to return to the morning rendezvous point at approximately 7-7.30pm to conclude the day.
